Restless Legs Syndrome is a neurological sleep disorder that consists in feeling an urgent and constant need to move your legs. Women are almost twice as likely as men to suffer from this disorder. There is also a correlation between close relatives, since more than half of the people with restless legs syndrome have someone in the family who also suffers from it, in these cases the risk is between three and six times greater.
